We have had significant interest in the units at Mississippi Bluffs. Each unit has a private terrace off of the main living level which overlooks the Mississippi (note the reflection of the water in the window in the photo above!). This is an example of the main terrace in an A Unit. The view is spectacular and the terrace is large enough for a full patio set.

Most residents will enter their unit from the 2 car garage on the lower level. However, guests to the home will enter the unit from the main terrace which faces west towards the park. The photo above shows the public entrance on the A Unit in building one. Please note this space is large enough for a patio set and large gas grill.
