The C Unit in Phase One is sold out. Only 6 C Units remain in the project. The C is the largest floor plan available and can only be built on either end of each building. The C unit has 2396 square feet and can accommodate a private in-unit elevator. The new owner of the C unit is currently in the design stages of finishing the unit. At purchase each unit is constructed to the framing stage only. This allows the new owner to customize layout, lighting and finish. Check the blog for periodic updates on the progress.
