Finishes and Allowances

One of the most exciting aspects of buying your new townhome at the Mississippi Bluffs is the opportunity for you to customize your space. Here, you will have the opportunity to customize the floor plan as well as the finishes.

Instead of choosing from a set of standards for your cabinetry, you will be introduced to a kitchen designer at Karr Bick who will help you design your space from floor to ceiling. Additionally you will take a trip to ICS Granite to select the exact piece of granite for your counter tops. You will also work with our project coordinator to choose your flooring, fixtures, and accessories.
